Peanut Sauce
Peanut butter is blended with garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, and a touch of sweetener or chili to create a smooth, creamy peanut sauce. The combination produces a savory, nutty, slightly tangy condiment with subtle heat and rich, aromatic flavor.
As the ingredients are mixed, the sauce thickens and emulsifies, coating proteins, vegetables, or noodles evenly. Adjustments to sweetness, acidity, or spiciness can balance the flavor. The preparation emphasizes simple blending and layering of ingredients to produce a versatile, flavorful peanut sauce suitable for dipping, drizzling, or tossing.
