- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2-4 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- ½ tsp. chili garlic paste
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- ½ tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- pinch black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Toss with fresh pasta and chicken or shrimp.
Top with chopped scallions and ground peanuts, if available.
