Smoked Salmon Salad
Fresh greens are tossed with cucumber and herbs, then dressed with creamy Tzatziki made from yogurt, garlic, lemon, and dill, and topped with smoked salmon. The smoky, savory salmon contrasts with the cool, tangy, and herby dressing, creating a refreshing, balanced salad.
Gentle tossing ensures the greens and salmon are evenly coated without breaking the delicate fish. The preparation emphasizes fresh ingredients, layered flavors, and careful assembly to produce a vibrant, flavorful salad with crisp textures, smoky richness, and creamy, aromatic dressing.
