- smoked salmon
- spring greens
- tzatziki dressing
- crostini
Make 1 cup of tzatziki dressing (link in description).
Brush sliced baguette or country french bread with olive oil and brown in the oven at 400°F.
Toss spring greens with tzatziki to lightly dress and add greens to salad bowls.
Crumble smoked salmon on top of the dressed greens.
Finish with a topping of tzatziki over the salmon.
Serve with toasted crostini.
