Tahini Sauce
Tahini paste is whisked with lemon juice, garlic, water, and a touch of salt to create a smooth, creamy sauce with nutty, tangy flavor. The mixture balances richness from the sesame with bright acidity, producing a versatile condiment for vegetables, grains, or grilled proteins.
As the sauce is blended, it thickens slightly while remaining pourable, allowing flavors to meld evenly. Gentle stirring ensures a cohesive, silky texture without lumps. The preparation emphasizes proper mixing, balanced seasoning, and gradual incorporation of liquid to produce a creamy, flavorful tahini sauce.
