- 1 lb. shrimp, large or jumbo
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. smoked paprika
- ½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
Clean the shrimp by removing the shells and veins. Save the shells for making stock.
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl and add olive oil.
Toss to coat with the oil, then sprinkle on seasonings and toss until coated evenly.
Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8 minutes.
