Ingredients

  • 2 slices prosciutto or any ham
  • 3 slices copa or any cured meat
  • 3 slices genoa salami or any Italian salami
  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce
  • 3 to 4 tomato slices
  • 1 onion slice, ¼ to ½ inch
  • 10 to 12 hot pepper rings
  • olive oil
  • red wine vinegar
  • Italian seasoning
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions 

  • Lay out lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and hot peppers on a cutting board in the rough shape and size of a hoagie.
  • Cover the vegetables with the sliced meats.
  • Coarsely chop the meat and vegetables.
  • Toss the chopped ingredients together and add olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix the seasoning and ingredients together and chop additionally to the desired consistency.
  • Serve in a hoagie roll or on crostini.
