- 4 thin cut pork loin chops
- 1 egg
- ½ cup sifted flour
- Bread crumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Italian seasoning
Setup
Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika on a plate.
Beat the egg in a shallow bowl.
Mix breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, & pepper onto a second plate
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Prep
Tenderize the pork chops.
Dredge each pork chop in the flour mix and shake off the excess flour.
Bathe the dusted pork chop in the egg.
Dip the coated pork chop in the breadcrumbs and cover.
Repeat the breading process for each pork chop.
Fry
Spray the breaded pork chops on all sides with oil.
Arrange the pork chops in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 375°F.
