- 1 garlic clove, minced (1 Tbsp.)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine mayo, garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the aioli in the refrigerator for an hour to let stand so the flavors blend.
