- 2 tsp. ginger, grated
- 6 scallions, chopped, whites and greens separate
- ½ tsp. lime zest
- ½ tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lime juice
Steep
Combine ginger, scallion whites, lime zest, and white pepper in a bowl.
Cover with warm oil and let sizzle while stirring.
Steep oil for 15 minutes.
Combine
Add scallion greens, soy sauce, and lime juice.
Let sit for an additional 15 minutes before serving.
