- 1 15.5 oz. can white beans
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- chopped parsley to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Puree with a stick blender until smooth
Adjust flavor with lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste
Transfer to a serving bowl and, optionally, top with a drizzle of olive oil and chopped parsley.
