- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- ½ c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant yeast
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Combine
Combine flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
Combine water, milk, and melted butter in a large measuring cup.
Add liquid to dry ingredients and fold together until combined, adding extra flour as needed.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes.
Place the dough into a greased bowl and cover with a damp towel.
Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease the pan with butter.
Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and punch it down.
Cut the dough ball into 16 equal pieces and roll them into individual balls.
Place dough balls into the greased pan.
Let the dough rise an additional 15 minutes.
Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
