pizza bianca

Pizza Bianca

A thin, olive oil–brushed pizza crust is baked until golden, then topped with prosciutto, dollops of sweet fig jam, and fresh arugula. The prosciutto adds savory richness, the fig jam provides sweet contrast, and the arugula contributes a fresh, peppery bite, creating a harmonious balance of flavors.

As the pizza rests, the warm crust softens slightly beneath the toppings while the arugula retains its crispness. The combination of sweet, salty, and fresh elements highlights high-quality ingredients and careful layering. The preparation emphasizes minimal cooking to preserve flavor and texture for a sophisticated white pizza.
