Sautéed Green Beans
Fresh green beans are sautéed in olive oil or butter with minced garlic until tender-crisp, then finished with fresh dill and a squeeze of lemon juice. The garlic adds aromatic depth, the dill provides herbal brightness, and the lemon adds tangy freshness, creating a vibrant side dish.
During cooking, gentle tossing ensures even coating of flavors while preserving the green beans’ crisp texture and bright color. The preparation emphasizes quick sautéing and layering of aromatics to produce tender, flavorful green beans with a balanced, fresh, and aromatic profile.
