White Bean Puree
Cooked white beans are blended with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings until smooth, creating a creamy, flavorful dip. The beans provide a mild, nutty base, while the lemon and garlic add brightness and aromatic depth, resulting in a versatile, savory spread.
As the mixture is pureed, gentle blending ensures a silky, cohesive texture and even distribution of flavors. Adjustments with olive oil or water can achieve desired consistency. The preparation emphasizes balanced seasoning, smooth texture, and fresh ingredients to produce a rich, creamy, and satisfying white bean dip.
