Yeast Rolls

Flour, yeast, milk, butter, and eggs are combined to form a soft, enriched dough, which is kneaded until smooth and allowed to rise until doubled. The dough is then portioned into individual rolls and baked until golden brown, producing tender, fluffy rolls with a slightly sweet, buttery flavor.

During baking, the rolls expand evenly, forming a light, airy interior and a soft, slightly crisp exterior. Gentle handling and proper proofing ensure uniform texture. The preparation emphasizes enriched dough, careful kneading, and precise baking to produce classic, tender, and flavorful yeast dinner rolls.
