- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. mirin
- 1/8 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp. ground dehydrated ginger
- 1/8 tsp. lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. garlic chili paste
- sprinkle of garlic powder
- chopped scallions
- toasted sesame seeds
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, and sesame oil in a small bowl and stir together
Add lime juice and garlic chili paste and stir.
Add ground ginger and garlic powder and stir.
Top with scallions and sesame seeds if available and stir lightly.
Serve with dumplings.
