Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mirin
  • 1/8 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/8 tsp. ground dehydrated ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic chili paste
  • sprinkle of garlic powder
  • chopped scallions
  • toasted sesame seeds

Instructions 

  • Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, and sesame oil in a small bowl and stir together
  • Add lime juice and garlic chili paste and stir.
  • Add ground ginger and garlic powder and stir.
  • Top with scallions and sesame seeds if available and stir lightly.
  • Serve with dumplings.
