- 2 bananas, ripe & firm, cut in ½-inch slices
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp. salt
Place butter in a skillet and heat over medium heat until butter is melted.
Add water, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to the butter and combine.
Place banana slices in the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes
Flip bananas with a spatula and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
