Add 4 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
Add 3 dashes of orange bitters.
Add 2 ounces of whiskey (bourbon or rye).
Add enough ice to share the glass with the whiskey.
Top off with a splash of water.
